The Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles version is brand new for this compilation, and is also a remaster in the same way that the other titles, also adding the Drop Dash ability. This version had part of its soundtrack changed, swapping the songs for those present in the PC port of the Sonic & Knuckles Collection.
