Some games they developed include Scribblenauts Showdown, and the Switch ports of Hogwarts Legacy and Mortal Kombat 1. In December 21st, 2021 they had been acquired by Saber Interactive, Inc., a subdivision of Embracer Group. In May 20th, 2024 Nintendo Co., Ltd. announced the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of Shiver Entertainment from Embracer Group.
